Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Switzerland for a fully remote role. You will lead complex, high-visibility projects from planning through delivery and handover, balancing budgets, timelines, and operational requirements while engaging C-level stakeholders.

You'll apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, drive risk management, and deliver executive dashboards and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven project management experience.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with senior stakeholders, executives, and C-level leadership.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello or MS Project.
• Fluent in English; strong presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP/ PMI-ACP or similar certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and success criteria with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, charters, timelines, budgets and resource strategies.
• Lead full lifecycle projects from initiation to handover and closure.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financials, resource utilization and cost optimization.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders for alignment.
• Engage senior leadership with clear updates, decisions and escalations.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methods per project needs and facilitate ceremonies.
• Track KPIs, milestones, schedule variance, budget health and risks.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues; drive timely resolution.
• Prepare executive-level reports and project documentation covering progress and KPIs.
• Lead process improvements and capture lessons learned for future delivery.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and complete formal handover.
