Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in technical program management overseeing complex multi-team programs.
• Ability to interpret engineering designs, challenge assumptions, and discuss sequencing with senior engineers.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives at scale with external milestones.
• Influence without direct authority to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, product managers, and executives.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with multiple dependencies and risks.
• Judgment on when to add rigor versus lightweight processes.
• Ownership and accountability from definition through delivery.
• Ability to align technical and business priorities across teams.
• Familiarity with Go, PostgreSQL, GCP, Kubernetes, gRPC, TS/React, Vite, Prometheus, Grafana, and GitHub Actions is advantageous.
• Interest in AI-native engineering practices and using AI-enabled tools to boost productivity.

Aufgaben

• Own complex engineering programs end to end from definition through delivery and closeout.
• Define and manage scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across non-aligned teams.
• Drive cross-functional trade-offs and document key decisions with accountability.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand technical details and influence architecture and sequencing.
• Serve as central coordination across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and go-to-market.
• Establish operating cadence and provide updates on health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and trade-offs.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, executives, and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Identify blockers early, develop mitigation plans, and drive cross-boundary resolution.
• Provide leadership visibility to understand progress and steer priority initiatives.
• Improve engineering productivity with lightweight processes and AI-native approaches.
• Continuously evaluate practices and remove non-value-adding processes while maintaining rigor.
