Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in project controls, planning, or project management within complex EPC or construction projects.
• Strong scheduling expertise with Primavera P6 and cost control.
• Experience with SAP and document management tools like SharePoint.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 and monitor overall project progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and stakeholders to align timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Identify schedule deviations, perform analyses, and provide recommendations to achieve milestones.
• Lead project cost control activities including forecasting, resource planning, and P&L tracking.
• Manage scope changes and assess their commercial impact while ensuring cost tracking and reporting.
• Oversee invoicing processes and cost control activities within SAP.
• Act as main client interface for all cost-related topics including reporting and performance updates.
• Manage and optimize document control systems (e.g., SharePoint) and ensure proper structure and access.
