You will plan hardware/software concepts, coordinate interfaces with customers and subsuppliers, and drive hardware/interface definitions. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on MATLAB/Simulink experience; Hidraw advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of process and power electronics control and software design (OLC, CLC, Protection, HMI).
• Familiarity with OPC, IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3 protocols.
• Willingness to travel globally (≈20%).
• Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute control engineering aspects of projects, including hardware and software concepts, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between customers, sub-suppliers, and internal teams.
• Define and evaluate hardware interfaces, including electrical components and design reviews.
• Drive conceptual design, development and support in implementation of control software and testing on real-time simulation platforms.
• Perform commissioning, testing, and customer training on-site.
• Provide technical support during project execution and after delivery.
• Support the sales team in the preparation of technical concepts and tender documentation.
• Collaborate closely with control, system, and mechanical engineering teams as well as project management.
