• Design power electronic converter systems from sales and tendering to project execution, including customer/site visits.
• Own the system engineering scope throughout project execution with cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform system design tasks, simulations, and documentation of design activities.
• Ensure compliance with standards, customer specifications and grid codes.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with R&D on system design and modeling of converter systems.
• Define and evaluate on-site performance measurements.
• Contribute to development of engineering processes and knowledge sharing.
