San Diego Community College District – People, Culture, and Technology (HR) Division is seeking a CalPERS Retired Annuitant Project Analyst to independently perform complex duties in support of assigned projects. The role provides coordination, analysis, and technical support, with a 960-hour work period per fiscal year and no retirement credit accrual.

The position emphasizes data reporting, audits, policy interpretation, and cross-department collaboration to improve operations and services.

Qualifikationen

• Sufficient training and experience to satisfactorily perform assigned duties.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and direct department activity functions.
• Formulate, evaluate and make recommendations on policies and procedures.
• Interpret, explain, apply and enforce laws, rules and regulations.
• Compile and analyze complex data; translate findings into clear reports.
• Proficient with word processing and database software; internet and email usage.
• Capable of independent work with minimal direction.
