Splint Invest is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to build transparency into product and marketing performance. You will develop dashboards covering the customer journey and help the team assess whether new features meet promises.

You will work remotely with the Swiss-based team, overlap with CET hours, and communicate in English. You will define KPIs, monitor funnels, and translate data into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, and Technology.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or BI for digital products.
• Proven track record of building dashboards and measuring impact of features and campaigns.
• Strong funnel, cohort, retention, and segmentation analysis skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau/Metabase) and product analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain dashboards across the full customer journey from acquisition to drop-off.
• Define KPI definitions, calculation methods, ownership, and reporting cadence with Tech.
• Monitor product, marketing, and funnel KPIs; flag trends, risks, and gaps with context.
• Connect product/marketing KPIs to GMV, active users, conversion, and retention; guide leadership focus.
• Turn analysis into prioritized recommendations for Product, Marketing, and Technology.
