Job summary

TAS, a multinational developer of software for card payments, seeks a Product Owner for its Lugano office to lead international Card Management initiatives. After onboarding, you will define the product roadmap, set priorities, translate requirements, and coordinate with CTO to ensure architectural consistency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical/architectural roles and product management.
• Deep knowledge of electronic payments, ISO 8583/20022, EMV, tokenization, PCI DSS, Visa/Mastercard rules.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions using Java and microservices.
• Familiar with databases, APIs, and integration tech (REST/OpenAPI/gRPC/SOAP).
• Experience with messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap with medium- to long-term evolution.
• Set development priorities balancing customer requests, debt, and strategy.
• Translate requirements into clear specs for development teams.
• Coordinate technology leaders and CTO to ensure architecture consistency.
• Oversee product lifecycle from development to customer installation.
• Manage customizations while preserving architecture.
• Monitor sprint progress and align technical teams.
