Are you passionate about driving onboarding processes for institutional clients and ensuring seamless execution of client lifecycle events by managing key value chain functions? Based in Zurich, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a client-first mindset.

Vontobel Asset Management is an active asset manager with global reach and a multi-boutique approach. For our institutional and intermediary clients, we offer tailored products and services, among them segregated accounts (mandates) across various investment strategies and asset classes. As part of the Institutional Solutions team, you act as product manager for segregated accounts for institutional clients. You will play a key role in client on- and off-boarding projects and life cycle activities.

What would your role be?

  • Lead the onboarding of new mandates
  • Coordinate change requests for existing mandates by leading internal feasibility checks, consolidating feedbacks and providing the solution to sales and/or clients
  • Consult internal and external clients on investment product setups, risk and operational aspects, regulatory developments and further develop the solution offering
  • Run feasibility studies related to legal and operational aspects, in close collaboration with internal experts
  • Support establishment and maintenance of efficient and well documented client onboarding and life cycle procedures
  • Contribute to projects related to new/amended/upcoming local regulations

What are we looking for?

  • A senior professional with at least 7 years of experience in asset management, preferably in project, product, or client-facing roles
  • Proven expertise in fund structures across various domiciles
  • Hands-on experience leading interdisciplinary projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and seniority levels
  • A true team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with German being a strong asset; other languages are a plus
