A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As International Sr Product Manager – Tandem you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Tandem Mobi insulin pump and related portfolio across global markets. Acting as the commercial owner for the product line, you’ll lead strategy, positioning, and execution of international marketing initiatives — working closely with global marketing, regional teams, and distribution partners.

You’ll serve as the bridge between internal stakeholders and international partners, ensuring our go-to-market approach is aligned, effective, and tailored to regional market needs. By turning insights into impactful initiatives, you’ll help accelerate adoption and fuel growth worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the International Sr Product Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind our international commercial strategy. Your work will shape how Tandem Mobi is positioned, launched, and adopted across global markets.

  • Lead the international strategy for the Tandem Mobi portfolio—covering positioning, pricing, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with regional teams and distributors to deliver tailored go-to-market strategies, training, and promotional tools.
  • Align with the International Brand team to ensure messaging and campaigns reflect customer insights and regional relevance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with regulatory, medical, supply chain, and forecasting teams to ensure market readiness.
  • Guide pricing strategies that adapt to reimbursement conditions and local market realities.
  • Support market access initiatives with compelling value propositions, health economic data, and reimbursement materials.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, market data, and customer feedback to inform future decisions.
  • Represent Tandem at key congresses, advisory boards, and KOL meetings to boost visibility and gather insights.
  • Contribute to planning future features and product extensions based on competitive and market analysis.
  • Ensure all commercial activities meet international legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA or equivalent graduate degree is highly preferred and will help you thrive in this strategic role.

Experience

  • Proven experience in product marketing or product management within healthcare or MedTech.
  • Proven success launching and managing connected devices, diabetes-related products, or consumer-oriented medical technologies.
  • Strong background in international markets, including working with distributor models and adapting strategies across diverse regulatory environments.

EXTRA AWESOME:

  • Proven expertise in product marketing within medical devices, healthcare, or diabetes technology.
  • Successful track record in international product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with distributors and affiliate markets, adapting to diverse regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams.
  • Solid knowledge of international pricing and reimbursement processes.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in managing complex initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
