Job summary

Corintis seeks a senior Product Manager to own Glacierware's product direction. You will report directly to the C-level, set the roadmap for simulation, algorithms and software teams, and decide what gets built and in what order.

Your work will speed thermal engineers and add measurable value by aligning with customers and markets. You will collaborate with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to translate needs into focused product direction and successful releases,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/thermal/electrical engineering, physics or computational field.
• 5+ years in product management for complex technical engineering software (simulation/CFD/EDA).
• Experience taking internal tools to external stakeholders.
• Own multi-quarter strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle decisions for a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate 1–3 year product vision and roadmap for the simulation suite.
• Own go-to-market strategy and execution of Corintis software products.
• Lead customer discovery with engineers to turn problems into opportunities.
• Maintain a transparent backlog covering features, bugs, and technical debt.
• Partner with Engineering from discovery through release and define success criteria.
• Lead product communications and represent Corintis at events.
• Track market developments in CFD, multiphysics and cloud simulation.
