You will lead cross-functional programs with Product Management, Operations, Quality and Sales, ensuring robust product performance and regulatory compliance.

You will manage innovation projects, optimize costs, and champion IP activities while leveraging CAD tools and PLM systems to deliver reliable solutions for customers worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product development and engineering experience in an international industrial environment.
• Proven track record leading product development projects from idea to market introduction.
• Strong knowledge of product design, materials, manufacturing processes, and problem-solving engineering.
• Experience with CAD and PLM/PDM systems such as Windchill and SAP-ECTR.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of innovative plumbing systems and installation tools from concept to market launch.
• Manage innovation projects during incubation and act as Technical Lead throughout the Stage-Gate development process.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure product quality, reliability, compliance, and technical excellence across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Sales & Applications, and external partners and suppliers.
• Support intellectual property activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards.
