Job summary

Corintis is seeking a senior Product Manager to own Glacierware's product direction. You will set the roadmap for simulation, algorithms and software, deciding what to build and when, to accelerate thermal engineering workflows.

You will work with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to translate customer needs into focused product direction. You will collaborate across physics, software, and customers, while reporting to the C-level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, electrical engineering, physics, computational engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of product management experience with complex technical engineering software, ideally simulation, CFD or EDA tools.
• Experience taking an product from internal tool to external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to own multi-quarter strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle decisions for a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with software engineering teams on requirements, decomposition, backlog refinement, iteration planning, validation, and release decisions.
• Proven customer-discovery skills and ability to work with end users and balance requests.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the 1–3 year product vision and strategy and prioritized roadmap for the simulation suite.
• Own go-to-market strategy and execution of Corintis software products.
• Lead customer discovery with engineers and turn problems into validated opportunities.
• Maintain a single backlog with features, bugs, design changes, and technical debt; review before planning cycles.
• Partner with Engineering from discovery through release and define success criteria and release scope.
• Lead product communication strategy and represent Corintis at events.
• Track market developments in CFD, multiphysics, cloud simulation, AI workflows to guide investment decisions.
• Define and report product outcomes like adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
