We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager for our client, a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions. The role involves driving strategic business transformation and continuous improvement in Sales operations, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales & Customer Service. You will own the vision, business case, and roadmap for sales operations, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. As the business champion for D365 Sales & Customer Service, you will ensure the Sales Organization is equipped with best-in-class tools and optimized processes to achieve growth targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and business roadmap for Sales Operations solutions leveraging Dynamics D365 Sales & Customer Service.
  • Lead the identification and analysis of opportunities to optimize sales operations, quoting, ordering, and new business processes across global markets.
  • Build compelling business cases for new initiatives and improvements, securing executive sponsorship and investment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, business transformation, or strategic program leadership, preferably in Sales & Operations in a global enterprise.
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes using CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, lead management, and business development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate business strategy, build consensus, and drive alignment at executive and regional levels.
  • Outstanding analytical, presentation, and change leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
