We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Payments to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveler’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. Job Description

Job Title – Senior Product Manager (Payments)

Working model and location -hybrid policy in Chiasso, Switzerland (for Italian residence max 25% of remote working in a year)

Team - you will join the Customer Payments Team within the Customer Growth Area

Contract -Permanent – full-time (36 h/week)

What your impact will be:

1. Take full ownership of the product you are responsible for: set its objectives and share your vision building consensus with other business partners.
2. Lead the product development cycle: from features proposal and prioritization to the end-2-end iterative and incremental delivery and KPIs monitoring.
3. Manage the complexity thriving to achieve an optimal product: enhancing or killing existing features that are no more match for users’ or business needs.
4. Be aware of different users behaviors: through research and analysis in the various markets.
5. Support the product development engineer team in their daily tasks: lead the delivery process and the product backlog.
6. Support other stakeholders: ensure alignment with the business strategy.
7. Analyze data and results: understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product outside of your own area.

Qualifications

1. You have 5+ years of professional experience: as a product manager in digital business.
2. You have previous experience in online payments in high-traffic B2C e-commerce: (PSP and acquirer integration, APMs, chargebacks flow, etc).
3. You have experience working with agile and cross functional teams: to deliver fast time-to-market quality product increments.
4. You are highly proficient in spoken and written English: (we are an international team).

1. You have experience with research practices both quantitative (e.g. data mining, ab testing) and qualitative (interviews, usability tests, survey).
2. You have steered your products to success as defined by the goals you have set.
3. You have strong communication skills to navigate a dynamic organization across multiple countries and cultures.

Selection process steps:

1. HR interview (10-30 minutes).
2. 1st interview (Manager): soft skills + technical knowledge.
3. Test step online or offline.
4. 2nd interview (Hiring Manager): Test review.
5. 3rd interview (Hiring Manager + team member): team discussion.
6. Only for senior roles: final meeting (30 mins) with the Director.
