Job summary

Sonova is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Switzerland to own an assigned product scope end-to-end—from concept to launch and lifecycle optimization. You will lead the product workstream, coordinating with R&D, UX, Portfolio, and commercial teams to deliver commercially successful solutions across consumer and medical devices.

You will drive pricing, messaging, go-to-market readiness and lifecycle actions in a complex global organization, leveraging strong strategic and execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or launch management.
• University degree in business, engineering, audiology, marketing or related field.
• Strong experience managing technically complex products across development, launch, go-to-market and lifecycle.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing, value propositions and margin considerations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product scope from definition to launch and lifecycle optimization.
• Lead product workstream across go-to-market readiness and regional launches.
• Develop pricing logic and value propositions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate Product Managers for related products and launches.
• Drive adoption, performance KPIs and lifecycle actions across regions.
