Job summary

Smallpdf in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking a Product Manager for our core tools. You will own the individual tools end to end, working with our growth, SEO and marketing teams to optimize reach and convert visitors into users.

Qualifications

6+ years in product management.
Hands-on A/B testing with real traffic.
Experience with AI features, workflows, and data-driven decisions.
Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

Own the individual core tools end to end: upload, processing, output quality, download.
Collaborate with SEO, SEM and growth teams on reach and positioning.
Turn AI search and LLMs into a real acquisition channel with tracked traffic.
Ship AI features with a clear process for accuracy, cost, and quality.
Design, monitor and analyze experiments across millions of sessions; iterate or kill based on results.
Lead user research and advocate for user needs in decisions.
Set strategy and roadmap with business goals and metrics for bets.
Align engineering, design, SEO, growth, marketing and other product teams on what ships and why.
Present plans and results to leadership and the company.
