We’re looking for a creative and driven Senior Product Manager that can “connect the dots” and lead the charge in shaping and scaling our SaaS rescue ecosystem. If you're passionate about building products that help rescuers save lives by land, sea and air — this role is for you.

The applications our company develops are used to alert first responders, mountain rescuers, air medical services, fire brigades, police forces and other groups of rescuers and to establish comprehensive situational awareness among them.

We are a dedicated team of professionals that build software "for rescuers, by rescuers". Many of us have a background in building and operating mission-critical applications and some are even rescuers themselves.

What You’ll Do

• Drive product management across the full SaaS rescue ecosystem of sureVIVE
• Conduct market research to understand rescue organisations’ needs & life-saving trends
• Define and validate the offering for SaaS products & services
• Maintain close relationships with rescue organisations & other stakeholders to gather insights & feedback
• ️ Own and evolve the SaaS rescue ecosystem roadmap
• Collaborate with business and the product owner to bring strategy to life

What You Bring

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking
• Good knowledge of German, French, Italian and English, both oral and written.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to build and grow successful digital products
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
