Qualifikationen

• 5+ years shipping complex consumer-facing software products.
• Experience presenting to external stakeholders and leading discovery workshops.
• Experience designing AI-native features, LLMs, or predictive analytics.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, banking workflows or risk compliance.

• Design intuitive workflows for human-AI interaction and trust.
• Synthesize complex data into clean charts and dashboards.
