Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Product Management and Design experience.
• Experience running discovery workshops and presenting to external stakeholders.
• Experience designing for AI-native features, LLMs, or predictive analytics.
• Strong financial literacy or experience with banking workflows and risk/compliance.
• Ability to prototype UX/UI and collaborate with engineers and legal/compliance teams.
