Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) based in Switzerland to drive data-informed product decisions. You will own the product metrics framework, validate dashboards, and work with product and data teams to uncover opportunities and optimize growth.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, ensure reliable instrumentation, and translate complex data into actionable insights that influence prioritization and strategy across distributed teams.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization.
• Experience applying statistical methods to product problems.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics.

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards with Data Engineering for reliable reporting.
• Investigate fluctuations with product leads to identify performance opportunities.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, including power calculations and MDES.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and instrumentation.
