Job summary

Cilag AG in Schaffhausen, part of Johnson & Johnson, is seeking a Process Safety Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Environmental Health & Safety department. You will oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of process safety programs in line with EKAS and J&J standards, ensuring robust risk controls across the site.

Qualifications

• Must have a chemical engineering background with training in occupational safety and health.
• Proven experience in process safety management (PSM).
• Strong communication and coordination skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, control and maintain PSM programs per EKAS and J&J standards.
• Lead audits within the J&J EHS audit framework and act as SME for PSM.
• Coordinate the site PSM Core Team and drive program implementation.
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on EHS audits, assessments and visits.
