Operational Innovations Inc is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead design of processing and mechanical utility systems for beverage processing and packaging projects. You will develop plant layouts, P&IDs, piping schematics, and mechanical utility generation/distribution solutions.

Qualifikationen

• You should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Significant experience managing processing & mechanical utility aspects in multi-million $ food & beverage projects.
• Solid technical understanding of processing and packaging equipment systems required.
• Experience with high-speed beverage processing including blending, pasteurization, sterilization, CIP & SIP.
• At least 5 years in food or beverage industry.

Aufgaben

• Design all aspects of processing and mechanical utility systems to support new processing and packaging systems
• Develop plant layout drawings
• Design new processing systems (P&IDs, piping schematics, etc.)
• Define mechanical utility requirements for new processing & packaging systems
• Design new mechanical utility generation systems (steam boilers, air compressors, water towers, chillers etc.)
• Design mechanical utility distribution systems (piping systems)
• Evaluate new equipment from an electrical perspective
• Develop bid documents
• Evaluate new equipment
• Manage contractors performing site installation
• Write technical manuals
• Develop & manage schedules and budgets for multi-million $ projects
• Manage client relationships
