Source Technology Limited is seeking a Senior Change & Transformation Lead for a 12-month+ assignment in Zürich, delivering large-scale transformations within Banking and Financial Services. You will drive change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption activities.

You will engage senior stakeholders and leadership teams, manage governance, risks, dependencies and executive reporting, and translate complex change into clear communications with measurable

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes within Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Service.
• Strong experience in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, business readiness, and adoption activities.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and business leadership teams.
• Exposure to platform migrations, integration programmes, operating model changes, or major banking transformations.
• Strong understanding of both business and technology environments.
• Experience managing programme governance, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to translate complex change into clear communications and actionable business outcomes.
• Consulting, transformation, change management, business analysis, or programme delivery background preferred.
• Fluent German and English.

Required Background
