Qualifikationen

• A master's or PhD in Life Sciences or related fields is required or preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in health outcomes research with COA/PRO expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of COA regulatory and HTA requirements.
• Knowledge of electronic COA migrations and modern COA standards.
