Aufgaben

• Lead or support development of clinical protocols, amendments, and related study documents in collaboration with the Medical Lead and other teams.
• Provide medical and scientific input for study-related processes and regulatory documents.
• Contribute to study concept feasibility assessments and operational execution plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and select high-performing sites to meet recruitment goals.
• Lead or support global cross-functional Clinical Trial Teams (CTTs) to ensure timely delivery of trial objectives.
• Conduct ongoing medical-scientific reviews of clinical trial data, including safety trend analysis, signal detection, and data interpretation.
• Prepare and lead dose escalation meetings and coordinate real-time availability of quality clinical trial data.
• Proactively manage risk mitigation and implementation strategies at the trial level.
• Forecast and manage study budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Set vendor strategies and timelines for assigned studies.
• Implement best practices and standards for trial management, sharing lessons learned across teams.
• Represent the group in cross-functional initiatives and act as a Subject Matter Expert when required.
