Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on R&D experience on motor drives, BLDC/PMSM controllers, or high-power-density power electronics.
• Fluency in simulation tools (LTspice, PLECS, Simulink) and PCB design (Altium).
• English fluent; French is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
• Experience shipping motor-controller PCBA from prototype to production (drone/robotics/airframes).
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC design and debug.

Aufgaben

• Power Stage Architecture: lead motor-controller and DC-DC topology across platforms.
• MOSFET Commutation & Gate-Drive Design: optimize dead-time, gate shaping, and losses.
• Multi-fidelity Simulation: use analytical loss budgeting, SPICE, and system models.
• BLDC Drive Stages: design three-phase inverters with current sensing and protections.
• High-Power-Density PCBA: lead schematic/layout with thermal and EMC considerations.
• EMI/ EMC Engineering: drive pre-compliance and root-cause debugging under flight loads.
• Prototype-to-Production: oversee revisions, DFM, qualification, and field issue closure.
• Lab Validation: bench characterization with power analyzers, scopes, and thermal imaging.
• Firmware & Controls Interface: collaborate on FOC tuning and sensing calibration.
• Design Authority & Mentorship: mentor juniors and produce reference designs.
