Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience in applied engineering and hardware development activities.
• Proven ability to work independently and with a senior‑level mindset and ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10%).

Aufgaben

• Design and development of analog and digital electrical circuits per requirements.
• Design of high-performance power electronic converters, including related control and drive circuits.
• Design of high-performance circuits for measuring current, voltage, temperature and sensor signals.
• Execute laboratory and field tests for debugging hardware prototypes before series release.
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions with clear reports.
• Support EMC testing and develop solutions to ensure global standards compliance.
• Assist system-level integration and validation with other departments.
• Participate in DFMEA activities and define mitigation actions.
