Zusammenfassung

InvestCloud Switzerland is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead client portfolio delivery and software implementations within the wealth management space. You will manage business analysis, requirements, technical design, and revenue management initiatives for multiple projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful deployment of solutions, while maintaining strong client relations and adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• A. or B.S. in Business, Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services software delivery, client-facing role.
• 10+ years of experience with software implementation projects.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid SDLC models with a product-centric focus.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Strong client focus with confident and professional presentation.
• Analytical skills to assess client business needs and manage requirements across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate client and team discussions and meetings.
• Leadership, relationship management and consultative skills for collaborative sessions.
• Knowledge of Private Banking/Wealth Management Front Office Transformation, CRM/CLM/Onboarding.
• German or French language proficiency is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive delivery and implementation of client portfolio/programs with high-level client service, technical expertise, and project management.
• Lead business analysis, project management, technical design, and requirements gathering related to fee billing and revenue management.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Liaise with customers to identify and document business needs.
• Create and present proof of concept solutions to business needs.
• Coordinate technical installation and configuration with client tech teams.
• Build, test, and deliver SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures.
• Document functional and technical requirements per SDLC procedures.
• Provide QA testing for client customizations and product enhancements.
• Analyze, resolve and manage support issues per SLAs.
• Communicate objectives to internal teams and deliver timely results.
• Foster strong team relationships with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Adhere to budgets, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with engineering and development.
• Know Agile and run sprint ceremonies and refinement sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How you will provide meaningful contributions:

• Drive delivery and implementation of client portfolio/program(s), providing a high-level of client service, technical expertise and expert portfolio, program, and project management experience.
• Work on a wide variety of key project tasks such as business analysis, project management, technical design and requirements gathering in relation to fee billing and revenue management.
• Responsible for the development and execution of product roadmaps.
• Liaise with customers to identify, develop, and document business needs.
• Create and present proof of concept solutions to business needs.
• Coordinate and document technical installation of the application.
• Work with the client's technical teams in delivery management and technical configuration.
• Build, test and deliver SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures.
• Extract and document clear functional and technical requirements according to SDLC procedures.
• Provide quality assurance testing to client customizations and product enhancements.
• Analyze, resolve, and manage support issues, adhering to client specific Service Level Agreements.
• Effectively manage, delegate, and communicate project objectives to internal teams while producing timely results.
• Build effective team relationships with enthusiasm, patience, a positive attitude, and adaptability.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Private Banking / Wealth Management knowledge with a focus on Front Office Transformation, Compliance, and CRM / CLM / Onboarding.
