Zusammenfassung

Arqh is building an AI dispatcher for road logistics from Zurich, backed by strong investors. We seek a Senior Platform Engineer (Remote, EU) to own infrastructure and services powering our product, including Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, and data stores.

You’ll work across Python services and the React/TypeScript frontend to deliver fast, reliable systems. You’ll shape the platform with observability, testing, and deployment automation while collaborating with product, ops, and customers to

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years shipping and operating production systems with platform ownership.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production, designing and debugging real workloads.
• Strong CI/CD ownership with pipelines and automated testing gates.
• Microservices architecture experience with clear service boundaries.
• Docker & Docker Compose for local and CI environments.
• Backend in Python (APIs, services, data layer).
• React + TypeScript frontend experience for full-stack work.
• MongoDB/Cosmos and SQL experience (NoSQL + relational).
• Experience with pub-sub / messaging systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Design, deploy, and operate microservices on Kubernetes with scaling and rollback strategies.
• Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation across services.
• Define platform standards for observability, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
• Work across MongoDB/Cosmos/SQL to model and optimize workloads.
• Use event-driven patterns for real-time dashboards and system visibility.
• Leverage Redis for caching, queues, and low-latency coordination.
• Ship full-stack features: APIs, data models, and React/TypeScript UI.
• Collaborate with product, ops, and customers to turn workflows into robust systems.
