Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience shipping and operating production systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong ownership of CI/CD processes.
• Solid experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Backend experience in Python.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Solid database experience with MongoDB, Cosmos, and SQL.
• Experience with messaging systems.
• Working knowledge of Redis.
• Comfortable in a high-ownership, low-ego environment.

Aufgaben

• Design, deploy, and operate microservices architecture on Kubernetes.
• Own CI/CD end-to-end: build pipelines and deployment automation.
• Define and enforce platform standards for observability and monitoring.
• Work across databases to model and optimize workloads.
• Leverage event-driven patterns for real-time dashboards.
• Ship full-stack features as needed.
