You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, and security experts to deliver secure, compliant identity solutions across a hybrid, AI-enabled landscape.

With 7+ years in software or security engineering, you bring strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in software or security engineering in financial services.
• Hands-on Keycloak experience and modern authentication knowledge.
• Experience with Agentic AI access management concepts and AI-security considerations.
• Fine-grained authorization and Zero Trust familiarity.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set the technical direction for identity and security engineering with reference architectures.
• Shape evolution and operations of Enterprise Identity Platform (Keycloak) and modern auth protocols.
• Develop target picture for identity/security in agentic AI, access management, and Zero Trust.
• Set engineering standards, reviews, and quality gates across teams.
• Partner with business domains to translate requirements into security outcomes.
