Zurich is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer - Identity & Security (80-100%) to lead the evolution of our Enterprise Identity Platform with a focus on Keycloak, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and fine-grained authorization.

You will shape reference architectures, set engineering standards, and partner with product, security and engineering teams across Switzerland to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions in a hybrid, AI-enhanced enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in software or security engineering with deep authentication experience.
• Hands-on with Keycloak and modern auth (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, PKCE).
• Experience in agentic AI access management and security concepts.
• Knowledge of fine-grained authorization and Zero Trust.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs and guide senior engineers.

• Set the technical direction for identity and security architectures.
• Shape Enterprise Identity Platform evolution including Keycloak and related protocols.
• Develop target pictures for identity in AI-augmented environments.
• Set engineering standards, reviews, and security quality gates.
