Zurich Insurance is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer – Identity & Security to lead the technical direction for our enterprise identity and security architecture, with emphasis on modern authentication, Keycloak, and AI-augmented workflows.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, product owners, and security specialists to translate business needs into robust identity strategies, ensuring Zero Trust posture and secure integration across hybrid delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in software or security engineering within financial services preferred.
• Strong expertise in modern authentication and security architectures.

Aufgaben

• Set the technical direction for identity and security architecture across the platform.
• Evolve Enterprise Identity Platform (Keycloak) including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, PKCE.
• Define target identity and security concepts for AI-enabled workflows and Zero Trust.
• Set engineering standards, reviews, and quality gates across teams and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with business domains to translate insurance requirements into identity/security outcomes.
