Zusammenfassung

Zurich is seeking an experienced engineering leader to set the direction for identity and security in a modern, AI-enabled enterprise. You will drive Keycloak-centered architecture, OAuth/OIDC/SAML/PKCE, and Zero Trust across teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will partner with Digital Products and stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into robust security outcomes, mentoring senior engineers and shaping security governance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in software or security engineering with expertise in modern authentication.
• Hands-on Agentic AI access management and security concepts.
• Strong knowledge of fine-grained authorization and Zero Trust.
• Ability to translate business intent into technical specifications and own outcomes.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set the technical direction for identity and security engineering across the team.
• Shape the Enterprise Identity Platform (Keycloak) and security posture.
• Develop a vision for identity/ security in AI-enabled, agentic workflows.
• Establish engineering standards, reviews, and quality gates across teams.
• Collaborate with business domains to translate insurance requirements into outcomes.
