Zusammenfassung

SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Senior Platform Designer to drive end-to-end platform design across genomics, oncology, imaging and real-world data. You will collapse complexity for expert users and influence what gets built through rigorous validation and collaboration with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.

You will design for expert users under clinical pressure, balancing regulatory constraints while advancing cross-platform workflows and the design system.

Qualifikationen

• A track record as a senior product or platform designer in regulated environments.
• Portfolio of shipped work showing product judgment and impact.
• Experience designing information-dense, data-heavy interfaces across clinical workflows.
• Comfortable working close to code, authoring requirements and prototypes.
• Hands-on technical experience in development and product development.
• Genuine domain curiosity in clinical genomics, imaging and real-world data.
• Understanding of AI/ML in a regulated product context.
• Excellent communicator across genomics, oncology, pharma, engineering, and leadership.
