Job summary

Work Selection AG is seeking an Artwork Creation Manager in Basel for a 12-month temporary assignment with Roche as a partner. You will lead the creation and maintenance of packaging artwork, templates, and PDFs, ensuring GMP compliance and timely delivery across internal sites and external providers.

Key qualifications include 5–10 years in pharma or service providers, expert Illustrator/InDesign skills, and experience with GlobalVision and Esko tools. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Digital and Print Media Designer/Graphic Designer education.
• 5–10 years of pharma or service provider experience.
• GMP experience and labeling & artwork management education.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; experience with artwork verification tools: GlobalVision, TVT, Esko.
• English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create PDFs for printed packaging materials per manuscripts and drawings.
• Create and edit graphical templates, die cuts.
• Maintain tables and graphic standards for print templates.
• Collaborate with PCM to ensure on-time delivery and proactive issue resolution.
• Act as SPOC for external artwork providers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage file uploads into the PDF Library.
• Finalize goods for printing and provide data to print suppliers.
• Complete GMP checklists and archive relevant data.
• Maintain country specifications and graphic documentation.
