Job summary

Roche in Basel seeks an Artwork Creation Manager to oversee GMP-compliant artwork for printed packaging materials across global requirements. You will act as the technical interface with internal teams and external providers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to Roche Style Guide.

The role requires 5–10 years in pharma or service support, expertise in Illustrator/InDesign, Esko, and GMP practices, and fluency in English. Basel-based with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in pharma or a service provider environment.
• Education / Qualification in Labeling & Artwork Management (or related field) is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign; solid experience with Artwork Verification Tools (GlobalVision, TVT) and Esko.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create PDFs for printed packaging materials (PPM) per manuscripts or annotated PDFs and technical drawings.
• Edit/produce folding boxes, foils, labels, and leaflets; create new PDFs for launches and line extensions.
• Create and edit graphical templates and die cuts; maintain graphic standards for print templates.
• Collaborate with PCM on on-time delivery and address delay risks proactively.
• Serve as single point of contact for external artwork service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage file uploads into the PDF Library; perform Content Sheet Creations in WebCenter.
