Job summary

We make it GmbH is seeking an Artwork Creation Manager to drive GMP-compliant artwork production for global packaging materials. You will master PDF creation, template management, and proofreading per Roche style guides, liaising with CMOs and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years of pharma packaging experience and expertise in Illustrator/InDesign, Esko WebCenter, and verification tools. 40 h/week with up to two days of home office available.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of pharma packaging experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with GMP guidelines and Roche Style Guides.

Responsibilities

• Create PDFs for printed packaging materials (PPM) per manuscripts and technical drawings.
• Edit PDFs for boxes, foils, labels and leaflets; support launches and line extensions.
• Maintain graphical templates and standards; ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as SPOC for external artwork service providers and internal stakeholders.
