Roche in Basel seeks an experienced Artwork Creation Manager to lead GMP‑compliant artwork development for global packaging. You will interface with internal teams, CMOs, printing sites, and external providers to ensure high‑quality, print‑ready materials and adherence to Roche standards.

The role requires strong Adobe tools expertise, GMP mindset, and coordination across multiple stakeholders to deliver on time. Basel location with hybrid work options and global packaging responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of pharmaceutical artwork creation and packaging experience.
• GMP-regulated environment experience is required.
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and modify PDFs for printed packaging materials.
• Develop artwork for product launches and packaging updates.
• Manage content sheets and templates in Esko WebCenter.
• Verify GMP-compliant artwork and perform proofreading.
• Coordinate with CMOs, packaging sites and external providers.
• Ensure on‑time delivery and compliance with standards.
