Job summary

On is seeking an Apparel Developer to join its agile development team. You will manage stages from concept through commercialization, working with Design, Materials, Innovation, and Sourcing to deliver high-performance apparel that meets athlete expectations.

You will contribute to Tech Packs, supplier guidance, fit testing, and material selection, while maintaining rigorous documentation. With at least 5 years in apparel development and a solid garment construction foundation, you’ll thrive in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to apparel or sportswear development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel development or performance apparel.
• Strong interest in performance sportswear and translating technical requirements into viable products.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal performance apparel collections from concept to commercialization.
• Create accurate, production-ready Tech Packs and clear supplier instructions.
• Support fit sessions and ensure products meet performance, quality, and durability standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Materials, Sourcing, and Engineering to balance design intent and technical feasibility.
• Maintain development documentation using Adobe Illustrator and PLM tools.
• Travel between HQ and global development/manufacturing partners as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Engineering, Sportswear Development
