Job summary

On in Zurich is seeking a Senior Specialist - Apparel Developer to drive end-to-end development of high-performance apparel across seasonal collections, collaborating with Design, Materials, Innovation and Sourcing.

You will work with a small agile team, contribute to Tech Packs, selection of materials, fit testing, supplier collaboration, and continuous process improvements while traveling between HQ and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion or related technical field.
• 5+ years of apparel development experience, preferably in performance wear.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal performance apparel collections from concept to commercialization.
• Create production-ready Tech Packs and clear supplier instructions.
• Lead fit sessions and ensure quality, durability and performance standards.
• Collaborate across Design, Materials, Sourcing, Engineering, and Suppliers.
• Maintain development docs in Illustrator and PLM tools.
