On, a leader in performance footwear and gear, seeks an experienced Lead Accessories Developer for technical bags. You will translate complex designs into market-ready products through expert development, prototyping, and precise sizing architecture.

Responsibilities include leading Tech Packs and BOMs, validating ergonomics, and coordinating with Design, PM, and Sourcing to push material innovation and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years focused on accessories development.
• Experience with technical bags and performance gear.
• Strong problem-solving and prototyping skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex designs into market-ready products through development and prototyping.
• Validate fit and ergonomics during development.
• Lead material selection based on performance data.
• Own Tech Packs and BOMs within the PLM system.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Management and Sourcing.
