Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Payroll DS Senior Analyst based in Zug/Zuchwil, Switzerland. You will deliver timely, accurate payroll as a SME for designated countries, drive improvements, mentor analysts, and partner with HR, Finance and IT to ensure compliant payroll operations.

You will lead payroll processes, support audits, maintain SOPs, and ensure data privacy while working with third-party providers and internal stakeholders across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR or finance/payroll operations, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
• 1–2 years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll and HR systems (SAP and/or Workday preferred; ADP and other payroll systems advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic macros) and MS Office tools; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with case management or ticketing tools.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Payroll Operations & Administration.
• Process and validate complex payroll transactions for assigned regions.
• Prepare, reconcile, and review payroll reports; validate payments.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues; support escalations.
• Monitor payroll mailboxes and manage cases via service tools.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure accuracy.
