Coopers Group is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to drive packaging activities for regulated pharmaceutical products. You will collaborate with CMOs, develop and validate packaging specifications, and manage change controls in a global, fast-paced setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or packaging, 5+ years in pharma packaging, and hands-on TrackWise experience. On-site work across international teams is expected, with a strong focus on quality compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, packaging engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging engineering in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with TrackWise for deviations and CAPAs.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP documentation and packaging process validation.
• Experience collaborating with CMOs and external manufacturing partners.

Aufgaben

• Manage packaging engineering activities with contract manufacturing organizations.
• Develop, review, approve and implement packaging specifications.
• Manage technical drawings, purchasing specifications and release specs.
• Develop, test and qualify packaging components on packaging equipment.
• Support packaging process validation activities.
• Lead change controls, non-conformances, investigations and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Labeling, Supply Chain and external experts.
• Qualify alternative packaging materials, substrates, suppliers and processes.
• Manage implementation and standardization of packaging components.
• Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement for commercial products.
• Maintain packaging bills of materials and regulatory serialization requirements.
• Coordinate multiple deliverables across time zones and boundaries.
