Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Specialist to lead outsourced clinical packaging programs and manage vendor relationships across CMOs. You will drive onboarding, timelines and cost controls while ensuring top quality and on-time delivery for global clinical supplies.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma or contract manufacturing, strong project leadership, and fluency in English (German a plus). The position is based at Kaiseraugst, with cross-functional collaboration across global

Qualifikationen

BA/BS degree in supply chain, business or technical field.
5+ years in pharma, clinical supply or contract manufacturing.
Fluent in Business English; German is a plus.
Project management certifications such as APICS, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.

Aufgaben

Lead Global CMO Operations: oversee clinical drug labeling, packaging, and device assembly outsourced to CMOs.
Drive onboarding, communication, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery with cost/quality control.
Negotiate supply agreements; manage RFPs/SOWs and SRM activities with Procurement.
Own variable cost budgeting for CMO projects and define specialized supply strategies.
Manage pre- and post-production packaging orders in SAP; issue POs and review invoices.
