Michael Page is seeking a Senior Specialist for Operational Excellence & Strategy to drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and performance management at a regulated pharmaceutical site in Switzerland. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop dashboards, and ensure GMP compliance while shaping long-term site performance.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma experience, data analytics proficiency (Power BI/Spotfire), and strong stakeholder management in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Several years' experience in Operational Excellence, CI, Digital Transformation, or similar in regulated manufacturing.
• Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive Operational Excellence initiatives across the site to improve efficiency and performance.
• Identify and execute Lean Six Sigma projects focusing on process simplification and waste reduction.
• Develop standard work, visual management, and 5S across operations.
• Facilitate problem-solving and cross-functional workshops to support change.
