SBM Offshore is seeking an Area Construction Superintendent to lead topside module fabrication, integration, and MCC/PCC activities on site. You will supervise daily construction, manage look-ahead schedules, and ensure safe, quality, on-time execution across disciplines.

Candidate will review methods, coordinate interfaces, mentor site teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with HSSE requirements and project schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field with knowledge of construction principles and HSSE regulations.
• Strong leadership to supervise multi-discipline construction teams on site.
• Experience managing and coordinating interfaces between disciplines to meet schedule and quality.

• Review area/modules construction methods, priorities and schedule.
• Review system/sub-system division and coordinate MC and PCC.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities with strong leadership.
• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules and trackers.
• Ensure teams work according to schedule and plan.
• Direct and supervise site personnel.
• Track and report daily progress.
• Enforce site quality and mitigate re-works.
• Ensure HSSE requirements and safety on site.
• Provide technical expertise on construction techniques to the team.
• Address operational challenges and implement construction improvements.
• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines to resolve issues and meet the schedule.
• Capture lessons learned and assess change impacts.
