Qualifikationen

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with strong knowledge of construction principles and processess, and HSSE regulations.
• At least 8 years extensive experience in construction with proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments, combined with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• conduct the constructability review and provide input to Engineering.
• conduct and oversee advanced technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to guide project decision-making.
• provide guidance and advanced technical expertise on construction techniques to the project / site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve construction performance and reduce non-productive time.
• coordinate the interface and priorities between disciplines to solve construction issues, follow up on the construction status and progress to meet the schedule.
