Job summary

Sierra Wireless is seeking a Staff NPI Test Engineer to lead test development across our mixed-signal and RF portfolio in Switzerland. You will own test solutions from early silicon validation through high-volume production and apply testability standards within your program.

Responsibilities include developing high-speed test solutions on the Advantest V93000 platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting reliability screening, and enabling ramp-up to full production at

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
• 5+ years experience in ATE semiconductor testing, V93000 preferred.
• Experience testing high-speed mixed-signal ICs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-speed test solutions for new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate designs based on ATE results.
• Support reliability screening and life-testing data collection.
• Coordinate test activities across offshore OSATs.
